Neo-Ice is very easy to use as it doesn't require water, ice or electricity.
The bandage is always ready for use, should there be any injury or need to cool the legs after competition or hard training. A bandage can cool approx. 2.5 hours and the cooling time can be divided over several days, if you put the bandage in a plastic bag (airtight). When the bandage is dry, it can be washed and reactivated by adding new liquid.
