broholm.biz grants a 2-year warranty under the Purchasing Law, including manufacturing and material defects found in the normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about defects and deficiencies, which should be discovered by usual examination of the product, must be communicated to broholm.biz within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or (after previous discussion) crediting. In connection with retunring cases, broholm.biz will repay return-costs in a reasonable amount.

Retunring goods are also going to this address - please note that we do not receive parcels sent by " Postage pays the recipient". Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or delivering the item to us personally. It is not a requirement, but it is much easier if the complete information comes with the package - eg copy of orderconfirmation, registration number and bank account number to which refund can be made, copy of any prior correspondence, etc.
Reimbursement
For agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid goods which are cancelled before shipment, there will be a full or partial refund of the purchase amount. Refunds are always done by bank transfer, and broholm.biz therefore needs your bank details (IBAN / BIC). This information is not sensitive and can be disclosed by email or other traditional correspondence form.
